This site aims at WCAG 2.2 AA. The page is itself a sample of the work; if you can't reach a part of it, that's a bug we'll fix.
What we've done
Visible focus rings on every interactive element. Keyboard navigation across the Sector Lens, language toggle, manifesto, and scan. Reduced-motion preference disables the Cursor Compass, the manifesto typewriter, and process-slider animations. Color contrast ≥ AA in both themes. Hebrew and English tested with screen readers (NVDA + VoiceOver).
Israeli compliance
We adhere to תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (שירות לציבור), 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 (WCAG 2.0 AA at minimum).
